Feed A was written & directed by Killer Goose co-founder Clarke Mayer, who over the past year and a half has worked relentlessly to bring his initial concept and vision to the screen. We sincerely hope you enjoy it.

The film is currently being prepped for festival submission and will be making the rounds in 2012.

“The Making of Redistribution” Featurette

Redistribution

It has been a few weeks since the completion of New York’s 48 hour Film Project competition and while we didn’t take home any awards the experience was very rewarding for all of us. We made a short film that we are very proud of and will continue to work on for festival submission later this year.

Throughout the process of making this film we had a video camera on hand to grab some footage from behind the scenes to give an insight into what it was like to complete this film on an extremely tight deadline.

Please enjoy, “The Making of Redistribution.”

We’re Back!!!!

were-back

After a few months of downtime, the Official Killer Goose Films website is up and running once again. Due to some technical difficulties, server problems as well as a pesky hacker from the former Soviet Union the hub of KG Films was put down for a somewhat significant amount of time. But like the Cold War, the Red Army eventually took their finger off the button and peace was returned to the cyber world.

With that being said we are back and better than before. We have a new layout with some new features for everyone including the scrolling posts on the front page which will profile our most recent news stories. We also have a “Featured Video” player on the sidebar which will focus on behind the scenes footage and some other goodies.

Also, we will be introducing a roster of contributors to the site to generate content on a daily basis. We will not be restricting ourselves to Killer Goose news but expanding into an area that explores what it takes to be an independent filmmaker working in a “lo/no budget” environment. This will include daily articles, video blogs and podcasts not only with the Killer Goose founders but many of our collaborators and other filmmakers working today.

Our goal is to generate and grow relationships within the local independent filmmaking community so that we can continue to create films that inspire and entertain. Keep an eye out for these new features. You can keep up to date by subscribing to our RSS feed, on Facebook & Twitter.
